A message for our loyal RAW 101 customers:
We would like to inform you of a price change that will take effect February 1, 2025 affecting our fresh custom packaging service only. Feeding our beloved pets healthy, great quality food is a priority for all of us, it’s why we at RAW 101 do what we do and why we have amazing customers like you.
Offering our fresh program allows us to keep our prices down as it results in lower packaging and labour costs, and it is much better for the environment as we reuse our pails.
The increased demand for custom packaging, combined with escalating packaging and labour costs has made the current program very difficult for us to continue with. We have decided that as of February 1, 2025 we will be adding a charge of $1 for every bag/container that we need to provide for custom packaging. This additional charge will be added to the closest equivalent total weight of our fresh option. For example:
We realize that this may not be ideal for all, but we want to emphasize that the intention behind the creation of our fresh program has always been to keep costs and waste down so that our customers can benefit from lower prices and enjoy all that we have to offer freshly made. Reintroducing packaging into our fresh program option goes against the reason for its creation.
